3. What is a pre-loaded digital Mastercard? A pre-loaded digital Mastercard is a gift card that can be used at participating ALH venues. The value depends on the prize won ($50, $30, $20, or $10).

4. What can I spend my pre-loaded digital Mastercard on? The pre-loaded digital Mastercard can be used towards any bill in participating ALH venues.

5. Who can enter the promotion? The promotion is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over.

6. What is a qualifying purchase? A specially marked case of James Squire Lashes, Stride, or Ginger Beer at any participating Dan Murphy’s, BWS store, or Jimmy Brings in Australia.

7. How do I make a claim? To claim a gift, follow these steps: a) Purchase a specially marked case of James Squire Lashes, Stride, or Ginger Beer from a participating Dan Murphy's, BWS store, or their respective websites, or Jimmy Brings. b) Scan the QR code on the specially marked pack or visit James Squire Every Pack Wins, and complete the online entry form with your personal details, purchase information, and upload proof of purchase (unique code).

8. Where is the promotion running? At any Dan Murphy's, BWS store, or Jimmy Brings online in Australia.

9. What is the purchasing period? The promotional period starts on 11/10/24 at 12:01 am AEDT and ends on 31/01/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT for purchases. Online claim submissions close on 14/02/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT.

10. Do I need to keep my proof of purchase? Yes, you must retain the original proof of purchase (unique code printed inside the case) as it is required for entry.

11. I’ve lost my eligible receipt/proof of purchase; how can I enter this promotion? It is your responsibility to retain the proof of purchase. Without it, your claim may be invalidated.

12. How will I receive my pre-loaded digital Mastercard? The pre-loaded digital Mastercard will be delivered to the email address provided in the online entry form within 3 days from the date of entry submission.

13. What happens if I provide an incorrect email address? If you provide an incorrect or invalid email address, the gift may not be received. Please ensure to check your spam filter for the delivery of the pre-loaded digital Mastercard.

14. Are there any restrictions on using the pre-loaded digital Mastercard? The pre-loaded digital Mastercard is subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Please refer to the gift card terms available at Gift Card Terms.

15. Are there any restrictions on claiming the pre-loaded digital Mastercard? Please ensure that your claims comply with the following restrictions:

  • Each claim must have a separate qualifying transaction/receipt.
  • You can make only one claim per person each day.
  • A maximum of three claims is allowed per person in total.

16. Can I claim the pre-loaded digital Mastercard on behalf of someone else? No, each pre-loaded digital Mastercard will be awarded to the person named in the claim. Claims made on behalf of a claimant or by a third party will be invalid.

17. How long is the promotion running? The promotion runs from 11/10/24 at 12:01 am AEDT to 31/01/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT.

18. How long do I have to claim a prize? You must redeem your prize by 14/02/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT, or the prize will be forfeited.

19. What information will I need to complete my entry? You will need your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address, state/territory of residence, date of purchase, retailer, product purchased, and proof of purchase (unique code). You must also consent to the Promotion terms and conditions & the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

20. How many claims can I make? Multiple claims are permitted under the following conditions:

  • Only one claim can be submitted per qualifying transaction/receipt.
  • One claim is permitted per person each day.
  • A maximum of three claims is allowed per person in total.
  • Each claim must be submitted separately.

21. Who are the participating retailers? Participating retailers include any Dan Murphy's, BWS store, or Jimmy Brings in Australia, including online at Dan Murphy's and BWS.

22. Can I use the pre-loaded digital Mastercard at any venue? The pre-loaded digital Mastercard can only be used at participating ALH venues. Please refer to the venue finder on the promotional website for the list of participating venues.

23. What if I am not close to a participating venue? If you live within a 20km radius of a participating venue based on your provided address, you are considered close to a venue. If not, you will still receive a pre-loaded digital Mastercard to spend at a venue of your choice.

24. How many times can consumers enter the campaign? Consumers can enter the campaign a maximum of 3 times.

25. If a consumer enters all 3 times, can they use all the pre-loaded digital Mastercards together? It is at the discretion of the participating venue to decide how they accept the pre-loaded digital Mastercards. The cards will be provided separately to you.

26. Can you clarify how the participant venues will accept the pre-loaded digital Mastercard? The acceptance of the pre-loaded digital Mastercard at the ALH venue is at their discretion. The venue will decide how they would like to process and redeem the cards.
